Loud noises from adjacent rooms spoiled the peace!!! Inconsistent room assignments led to confusion!!! Parking issues made it hard to find a space during peak times!!!

I was absolutely shocked at the lack of service here. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the pool, that was just downright gross. I almost left a good review, but really, who can forget such a disaster?

Immaculate Stay with Friendly Service

During my two-night stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Second Floor No Pets, Non-Smoking, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and the dedicated efforts of the staff to keep everything sanitized and well-maintained. From the fresh smell of our spotless room to the attentiveness seen during breakfast—where I enjoyed scrambled eggs and bacon—I felt truly taken care of. The indoor pool was a pleasant surprise that added to my family’s enjoyment. However, the door alignment issue affecting the deadbolt could use some attention for enhanced safety.

We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room, and the breakfast had a good variety. The indoor pool was a favorite among the kids, providing hours of fun.

Parking was an issue, as there weren't enough spaces for the number of guests.

The room was spacious with a big fridge, which was a nice touch for our snacks, and the A.C. was super efficient, keeping us cool after a long day. We loved the indoor pool and spa, perfect for unwinding. The only hiccup was that our shower could’ve used a bit of attention, but it didn't dampen our stay! 🌊

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. After exploring the area, I enjoyed a very clean room and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hot tub offered a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of hiking. I appreciated the variety provided at breakfast, allowing me to refuel before another day out. Traveling from Italy, the American hospitality was a pleasant surprise.
